One of our first customers, the outgoing and ever smiling Mai-Britt Østergaard Andersen from nearby city Gladsaxe, suggested we put ginger in our licorice. We all thought it was a crazy idea, but we decided to test it anyway. Just because. The first tests were surprisingly good tasting, and after an adaption of the original recipe, the beautiful ginger chalk became what it is today.

We have twice appeared in The Liquorice Awards, and received medals both times: Bronze (2019) and silver (2018).
